The NAR is the largest trade association in America, representing over 1 million REALTORS® involved in various aspects of the real estate industry. During his presidency. He testified before Congress on important issues such as FHA reform, emphasizing the importance of accessible, affordable, and safe mortgage credit. He is a firm believer in thriving communities, Is reason he accepted the top position at GPF to help and protect those who can’t protect themselves. 

 Former CEO, highly experienced professional in the security surveillance industry with a successful track record spanning over 16 years. Throughout his career, he has developed, supplied, and installed software solutions for various sectors, including the casino industry, Fortune 500 retailers. With his extensive experience and expertise, he is dedicated to utilizing greatly needed technology, to save children from active shooters.  This life saving technology is available but out of the price range of almost all schools. He is dedicated to raising funds to fix this problem.

 He has over 33 years in self-defense, Grand Master Scott McNeely has developed extensive knowledge in understanding the behaviors, motivations, and strategies of individuals with ill intentions. His insights into the habits and mindset of such individuals make him a valuable resource in the fight to save children. He has owned multiple successful businesses focused on self-protection. Given his background and expertise, skills and experiences aligns well with Global Protection Foundation mission.
